Refunds

You can return any unused candles in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full, no hassle, refund, less original shipping charge. Product damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received back at EkoMiko Candles. You will be reimbursed for shipping charges. You must please contact us before you return any products. Be sure to include your order information when you return the candles if you expect to receive credit. If the unthinkable happens and your candles arrive damaged or melted :-( please contact us within 24hrs from the time your package is dropped off on your doorstep to make any claims.

Shipping

Getting your order to the destination you specify as quickly as possible is our top priority. We cannot ship via UPS to a Post Office Box. Due to the delicate nature of EkoMiko coconut butter wax, we will not ship candles on Thursdays and Fridays during the hot summer months and to select locations on Wednesdays when “Standard Ground” is selected. We want your candles to arrive in the best possible condition for you and we wouldn’t want your candles sitting in a hot truck over the weekend.
